This is a wonderful, family owned business. They are extremely professional and I would highly recommend to anyone.It’s difficult to get great pricing and great quality these days. They check both boxes!

Had a couple sliding glass doors along with a picture window installed. Everything went great, they went above and beyond and fixed a small issue that the old sliding doors caused. The crew was very nice and everything was perfect. This was our second time using them. Great local company! If you’re on the fence don’t even think about going anywhere else!

Got three quotes and they came back with the best price to replace an exterior door. They were friendly, professional, and didn't pressure me to buy as the other companies did. Would use them again.

Will definitely be a repeat customer when the time comes! They replaced two windows for us and the 4 gentlemen who came were in and out in about 2 hours. 2 of them were there the entire time and 2 were there for the middle portion. Just as they had told me prior to coming.They were also so kind and patient with my son. He wanted to watch and “help” and they allowed him and chatted with him.

I was in a tough spot with weather threatening. They stuck with me and got things buttoned up in time to avoid disaster. Their best product is satisfaction and expertise. In the end isn’t that what we all want? They really deliver!

Horizon replaced windows recently in the apartment building we live in. The window looks great and works well. Staff was friendly and professional. But, the best part is if my roommate starts driving me crazy, I can escape!

They did an amazing job putting a new window in our wall that desperately needed more sunlight! We truly couldn’t be happier! Stop shopping around and go with Horizon. When we first talked with them at a Home & Garden convention it was evident that they were head and shoulders above the other vendors. They're great people who install a good product at a good price. Very personable and no pressure or gimmicks. When they left our house today (they installed 12 windows and a patio door), my wife said it's the best our house has ever looked when a contractor left (they cleaned up after themselves). Two thumbs up for Horizon!

Company and employees very good to work with all the way from quote, ordering, installation (clean /no leftover mess) to minor follow-up completion. We purchased the high end window inserts and was hoping for more noticed road noise suppression. Overall would recommend using Horizon for window replacement.

Repeat customer. Very responsive and knowledgeable. The crew did everything possible to work with us on any last minute adjustments. Sub-contractor for the drywall work was tip top as well. We would recommend this company to our neighbors. We plan on using this company again when the need arises.

Thanks Horizon Window! We were so impressed with our entire experience with Horizon. Their customer service was wonderful, every employee we worked with was professional, helpful, and kind. The office staff are prompt in communication. We appreciated that they came out to inspect the job for an initial quote, giving lots of variety to fit our budget. The installation was quick, they did an amazing job of keeping the site clean, and even moved furniture back after they were done. We really appreciated that the guys who installed even interacted with our curious, young kids, by saying hi and even explaining to our kids what they were doing as they watched the process. Not only did Horizon replace a few windows in our 100 year old home, they worked to figure out a solution to the unique windows in our breezeway, going as far as to consult with another local business to help us repair the breezeway. Thanks Horizon!

We needed whole home window replacement, and after getting several quotes Horizon was the most reasonable. Between order and installation they asked a couple of important clarification questions to make sure they got things right, and were super kind and professional throughout. Installation day went so smoothly - the team really made sure both inside and out were finished properly, they left no mess behind, they were pleasant and professional. I plan to use them on all my projects going forward!

Awesome company! They paid great attention to detail making sure we were satisfied. We hired them to replace 7 windows but they took the time to tighten & seal up another window outside of the contract just because it needed to be done. They treated my home like it was their own. If you need windows or doors checkout Horizon!!We loved working with Steve right away. The pricing was very reasonable and he is honest and personable.Our install team included Zach, Blake and Rod. They were all courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. They paid attention to every detail. Zach even marked our garden with small wood stakes after I mentioned my Spring flowers were just coming up!We could not be happier with our new windows and our experience!

These guys are great! I had several companies quote me on new windows for my entire house and Horizon not only treated us the best, but they had the best price too! We had other companies send us pushy sales people that quoted us 3x what Horrizon did! They were in and out in one day and now my whole house has brand new, energy efficient, great-looking Windows! They cleaned up after themselves, were very polite and answered all my questions. These guys are legit the best.

The communication in scheduling was terrific and the install they did was exceptional! Took great pride in their work, not only on the install itself but in all the minor details such as filling in nail holes, cleaning up all around the work area, checking to be sure all was working properly.Would recommend them to everyone!!

We truly do appreciate this company for the Integrity they hold. They came out and did the measurements, gave us a time frame and explained the process. They came to our house on time, very polite and very professional. They got done just under the time frame they said. After it was all said and done they cleaned up the mess wiped down the window and it looks really amazing. I would highly recommend them to anybody if they asked !!!
